Heidi has coached for over 17 years in the Central Oregon area, molding some of the top athletes and players of the year all over Central Oregon. Heidi has also helped guide many players interested in playing at the next level through the college recruiting and scholarship process.  As a club director Heidi oversees all teams at COVC and

Heidi has also helped guide many players interested in playing at the next level through the college recruiting and scholarship process.  As a club director Heidi oversees all teams at COVC and develops relationships with each of the athletes. COVC relationships become family!  Heidi teaches correct fundamentals, and prides herself in teaching Gold Medal Squared philosophy throughout her COVC club.

Mailee is ready to push her 18s Nationals this season harder than ever!  Mailee brings passion, commitment and experience!  Mailee played over a decade of competitive volleyball in Central Oregon as a setter. She has coached for COVC for seven seasons now, and this is her fourth year at the travel level. Currently, she is the Head Varsity

Mailee is ready to push her 18s Nationals this season harder than ever!  Mailee brings passion, commitment and experience!  Mailee played over a decade of competitive volleyball in Central Oregon as a setter. She has coached for COVC for seven seasons now, and this is her fourth year at the travel level. Currently, she is the Head Varsity coach at Mountain View High School in Bend, Oregon, leading them through one of their most successful seasons in over a decade.

Mailee is a coach who works her athletes hard in practice, puts a good balance in being tough but also being fair with them.  She sets high expectations of her players and her team, with an emphasis on fundamentals, competitive drive, discipline, and most importantly, good teamwork.  Mailee brings so much to COVC and her athletes, and we are so excited to see how this team does under her and Coach Jeff Utu this season. 

Bella is someone we found through the grapevine when she moved to Central Oregon, and we are so grateful we did!

Originally coming from Idaho, Bella knows and loves the game of volleyball inside and out. She has played over a decade of volleyball at the national and collegiate level. Through her experience, it has guided her to coach girls

Bella is someone we found through the grapevine when she moved to Central Oregon, and we are so grateful we did!

Originally coming from Idaho, Bella knows and loves the game of volleyball inside and out. She has played over a decade of volleyball at the national and collegiate level. Through her experience, it has guided her to coach girls who want to compete at the next level in a strong, yet diligent manner, ultimately allowing them to grow to their fullest potential.

Bella has been the assistant Varsity coach for Redmond High School the last two years, and is also helping with the freshman program this season.

Bella sets high expectations of her players by instilling the values of teamwork, respect, and passion throughout the team. This will be Bella's second season coaching a travel team at COVC, and we cannot wait to see what this team is capable of under her leadership.

COVC welcomes one of the most decorated coaches in Central Oregon as one of our travel team's Head Coach, Rory Rush!  She played all through high school and attended Concordia University to continue her playing career. Rory has coached for 32 years, 7 of those years at Sisters High School. Every year at Sisters High, she made state appear

COVC welcomes one of the most decorated coaches in Central Oregon as one of our travel team's Head Coach, Rory Rush!  She played all through high school and attended Concordia University to continue her playing career. Rory has coached for 32 years, 7 of those years at Sisters High School. Every year at Sisters High, she made state appearances, and took 2 state titles. Rory has also collected multiple Coach of the Year awards, and coaching accolades. 

Rory is competitive, seasoned and brings years of experienced coaching into her teams. She emphasizes the importance of fundamentals, mental toughness and playing hard to her tea. s We are excited to have Rory on our COVC coaching team again this year!

Abigail is a former Division II collegiate athlete and college coach with over a decade of experience coaching athletes of all ages and skill levels. She grew up in Olympia, WA and recently moved to Bend about a year ago to pursue her Master's Degree is Health Science.

Her goal is to help athletes develop strong fundamentals, set goals, build confidence and continue growing their skills while also learning the importance of character, empathy, respect, and perseverance. Abigail wants athletes to feel challenged, supported, and encouraged. to become the best versions of themselves, both as players and as people.

Ricci is committed as a coach to continually growing her knowledge of the game, adapting it its evolving strategies and always looks to find new ways to help athletes reach their potential. Her goal is to help every athlete become a stronger, smarter, and more confident player while building a competitive environment centered around hard work, accountability, teamwork, and a genuine love for volleyball.

She started in middle school, played throughout high school, to community college and onto competitive rec leagues in Portland. Since moving to Central Oregon, she has coached many levels of club and was the assistant coach at Sisters High School during multiple state appearances and a championship. 

Katie loves to win, and is very competitive, but always strives to find the fun in volleyball. Player development is important to Katie and it shows out on the court through her teams.
