WOW! We knew we would have hurdles, and here we go! WE are determined to make a season happen for our athletes! As said in the parent meeting, strap in for a season of updates, more updates, changes and adjustments!

$200.00 player deposit or payment in full (local teams total fees are $400.00 and $500 for high school)
Q. If the season gets cancelled will we receive a refund on our deposit?
A. Yes a FULL refund on your deposit or payment in full will be made to you.
Q. When will we know when practices start?
A. As soon as our state allows indoor sports we will begin immediately!
Q. If the season is cancelled midway through the season what is the refund policy?
A. COVC will send an accounting of remaining expenses to each team, and issue a cash/check/venmo refund to each players family.
Q. If we order COVC gear and the season is cancelled, will we receive a refund?
A. No, we have to place those orders, and can not refund money however, you will receive your product.
Q. When will I know what team I have made? And by signing up do I have a spot on a team?
A. As soon as we can get athletes into the gym we will have assessment practices and place athletes on teams then. All registered players WILL be placed on a team.

Practice facilities will be in Redmond, Sister's, and possibly an occasional Bend gym this season! We have to take what we can get on facilities this season due to the pandemic!

A. YES, as of now we have a tentative schedule, which is already changing. We will have team meetings to discuss tournament options based on availability. We are a not for profit club, and our commitment is keeping fee's affordable and refunding unused funds to players and families.

Travelling to the valley and other locations gives your athlete the opportunity to play against the best competition and build their skills. Travel/Club volleyball also gives them an amazing opportunity to be recruited and observed by college coaches from all over the United States! Want to play college ball??? We can help with recruiting, video, and communication to allow the best opportunities for your athletes!
Cost for 18's Travel Teams is $1,900.00 includes airfare to Las Vegas. (Lodging for Vegas is additional if not staying with parents, this is a stay to play, so we must book at certain places)

Central Oregon Volleyball Club was started in 2018, by Heidi Wood. Heidi is a long time successful coach in Central Oregon. Heidi has started, taught, and finished many of the most accomplished volleyball players in all of Central Oregon. Heidi has coached girls from all the neighboring schools for the last 10 years, including her own daughters. Heidi's eldest daughter Hannah Troutman went on to be a well decorated college player, and is currently playing Professional Volleyball overseas. Rylee Troutman is a junior at Ridgeview High School and considered one of the top players in the nation. Many girls have thrived, and achieved huge success including; college scholarships, confidence, and the meaning of team sports under the coaching of Heidi Wood.
Heidi started Central Oregon Volleyball to add an affordable yet highly competitive Volleyball Club that serves all of Central Oregon's needs.
Central Oregon Volleyball focuses on the FUNDAMENTALS. It teaches good volleyball habits and how to play together as a team. On and off the court players will take with them great leadership skills and how to be a part of a team. We strive to make our teams and club OUR FAMILY!
Central Oregon Volleyball believes in TEAM success. "It is not the team with the best players that win, it's the players with the BEST TEAM that wins!" Our priority is developing the skills to be the best volleyball team. Hard work, good coaching, and players that are eager to learn are the recipe for success!

She graduated from OSU in 2018 where she ran club teams for the college, and also assisted with JV teams while attending school! Ella has had years of coaching and playing experience. Working both sides is a huge benefit for COVC

Joanna is a great add to the COVC program! Not only does she have years of high school coaching experience, and fundraising experience she also has playing experience. Joanna has a huge heart for the game and brings positive coaching with her to COVC. Joanna will be coaching our 12's travel team this season and we couldn't be more excited to see where she takes these young athletes this season!
Coach Rachel Buehner played 4 years Division 1 Volleyball at Oregon State University. Rachel has energy, passion and a very competitive spirit! She has coached various club teams and is excited to bring her wealth experience back to her home town Central Oregon! Rachel will be coaching our 16-1 team and we are so excited to see where she takes them this season!
